Community spread of COVID-19 is occurring in Azerbaijan, and COVID-19 infections are present in all regions the country. The special quarantine regime will remain in effect until March 1, 2023, according to a December 22, 2022 decision by Azerbaijan’s Cabinet of Ministers . Effective May 1, 2022, face masks are no longer required. Proof of vaccination is still required for those 18 and over at indoor facilities such as malls and restaurants.
PCR test Certificate is no longer required for entry to Azerbaijan Republic.

Passengers over 18 years old - the presence of a COVID-passport (an official certificate confirming the completion of the full course of vaccination (only J&J/Janssen and Sputnik Light a single dose), official certificate of recovery from COVID-19) or certificate of contraindication to COVID-19 vaccination. COVID-passport, immune certificate or certificate of contraindication to C0VID-19 vaccination must have electronic verification attributes and must be issued by the state only and must be valid on the departure date. These documents will be checked during check-in at the airport.
